Completing The Mortgage Loan Application Form
While processing your mortgage loan application you, your spouse and any cosigner's
credit history, current debt service and income/employment histories will
all be asked about, along with any and all information on the property
in question. Be certain to contribute the most up-to-date and accurate
information that is available. If any of this information is found to
be lacking, inaccurate or fraudulent you may very well be denied your
mortgage loan.
Bring a detailed list with you to the mortgage lender's office so you will be
prepared to supply all of the pertinent account numbers and information
relative to your personal and business banking, credit/charge cards and
loans such as auto, education or credit unions.
The following section will help detail for you the information the lender
will ask for relative to the property in question.
Purchase Contract And Property Specifics
For the lenders appraisal:
- A signed copy of the sales contract and any other binding documents
relative to it with all interested parties include; names in full.
- Who will be responsible for closing costs, buyer or seller?
- A plot plan and architectural drawings if the property is under construction
or renovation.
- The properties full description, physical and mailing addresses and
date of the year originally constructed.
- Full name and information of the seller or agent, if there is one,
who will grant access to the appraiser.
All of this information can be obtained from the seller of the property
or their agent, if there is one, or from the purchase contract itself.
Again be certain that the information is true and accurate.
