Mortgage Loan Request



	TERMS OF SERVICE Please review these terms and conditions carefully. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to termination of your account and/or your payment being withheld. You must be 18 years of age to participate in our partner program. Mortgage Loan Request will pay you for visitors that complete the mortgage loan request form and subsequently land on the confirmation "Thank You" page. to our web sites received from a link posted on your web site(s). The current payout per sign up is $20 USD per lead. For accounts sending more than 500 leads per month, they will be paid $22 per lead. Payments are made once per month. Payment for revenues earned from the 1st till the 31st of the month is made on the 10th of the new month. All funds are paid by check or wire payment in United States dollars. Mortgage Loan Request will not compensate you for possible check, wire or currency processing costs charged to you by your bank. The minimum payment is $100 USD, if your payout is less than the required minimum then your balance will be carried forward to the next payout date and subsequently till your account reaches the $100 minimum. You may however select to increase the minimum payout amount from $100 to $250, $500 or $750. All visitors you send to us must come from a web page. We do not permit newsgroup postings with links to our web sites nor do we allow you to link to our web sites from the body of an unsolicited E-mail message. We do allow you to advertise our web sites in an opt in E-mail list mailing, but you must contact us for approval prior to marketing our sites through E-mail. We do not accept traffic from the following types of web sites and you may not post our banners or links on these types of sites. These sites include the following: pornographic content websites or sites that link to pornographic sites; Sites that distribute, contain or imply to contain pirated software, pirated audio files, pirated video files, pirated images or any other pirated material; Sites that contain material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or the offer of any illegal good or service, or Link(s) to a Web site(s) that does so; Sites that have their URL promoted in news group messages or unsolicited bulk E-mail (UBE). You may not modify the linking code to the Mortgage Loan Request sites. If you modify the code in any way, the tracking of clicks, impressions and leads is not guaranteed to work. You are permitted only to use the banners and text links provided by Mortgage Loan Request, unless given prior approval in writing. We do not accept any sites that request or require their surfers to fill out the mortgage quote forms our site in order to access to their site/s. This program is designed to pay you extremely well for genuine leads that you generate through legitimate practices. If you are a US citizen you must supply a valid Social Security Number or a Tax ID. You may not fill out any of the mortgage loan request forms on any of the web sites in the Mortgage Loan Request revenue program with your own details, or anyone else's. You may not attempt to simulate the mortgage loan request forms being filled out and submitted, clicks or traffic to any of the web sites in the Mortgage Loan Request program. Any attempt to defraud or mislead us or any tampering with the mortgage loan request forms to any of our web sites will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution. Our log files will prevail in determining amount of clicks and sign ups. Mortgage Loan Request will not be held responsible for loss of revenue due to downtimes resulting from complications with our or your network, hosting equipment or technical errors. In certain cases we may compensate you for lost revenues caused by technical failure of our systems if we deem this to be appropriate but the amount of compensation will be at our sole discretion. Mortgage Loan Request reserves the right to deny any person or company admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their web site or for any other reason. Mortgage Loan Request reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notice of modification will be posted in the Mortgage Loan Request main page. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA)
